At this time, there is no estimated timeframe for completion of the repairs or restoration of normal water pressure. Crews are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while the repairs are underway.

Dear Residents,
Our trash collection service will only pick up the trash can(s) assigned to and paid for under your account.
To ensure your trash is collected:
• Please place only your assigned can(s) at the curb on your scheduled pickup day.
• Additional cans or loose bags will not be collected unless you have arranged and paid for
extra service in advance.
If you need an additional can or wish to upgrade your service, please contact the town hall at
318-326-4234.

The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s office has changed the days available to the Town of Plain Dealing for Officer Day and its crew. They will be here 2 days every month (every two weeks). Their primary duties will be to mow the Plain Dealing Cemetery and other duties (within reason).
Curbside pickup for limbs, sticks, discarded matter and debris will be discontinued 06/30/2025. Receptacle Containers are located at 205 W. Palmetto Ave for non-household items (the hours are from 7:00a – 3:30p).
There is a disposal site for limbs located at the Plain Dealing Cemetery (contact our Superintendent at 318-458-7658) before going to site. If you have any questions, please call 318-453-5500. Thank you
