Water Rates & Policies
Listed below, you will find the Town of Plain Dealing current water rates and policies. These rates took effect on October, 2022 for the Town of Plain Dealing, Carstarpen Heights and Demoss Hill, out of town rates, Mt Zion and Bolengi. Note that the rates may be different for each community.
If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office at 318-326-4234 and we will provide it for you.
Should you experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water service.
Your Water Bill is due by the 15th of each month. Late fees apply after the 15th of each month. Cut off is the 25th of each month. There will be no extensions.
