On or about April 25, 2025 , the Town of Plain Dealing will submit a request to the Louisiana Division of Administration for the release of Federal Funds under Title | of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (PL-93-383) as amended, to undertake a project known as the Town of Plain Dealing, FY 2024 Louisiana Community Development Block Grant Program for sewer improvements.
